Analisis Penyebaran Penyakit Filariasis Menggunakan Model SEIR Di Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Filariasis or elephantiasis a disease transmitted through mosquitoes and can cause permanent physical disability for sufferers. In 2015, there were 127 filariasis This number has increased to 164 patients in 2017. As prevention effort, government provides mass treatment people living disease. Therefore, this study aims determine model spread effect on these communities. uses an SEIR consisting susceptible humans (S_h), infected (E_h), (I_h), immune (R_h). The data used sufferers 2010-2019, obtained from Health Office. analyzed based equilibrium point, stability, basic reproductive ratio, numerical simulation. results showed that model, could suppress transmission areas.
